Feodor Kouznetsov - Breath Lab Founder

My name is Feodor Kouznetsov, and I am the founder of BreathLab — a space dedicated to real, in-person breathing transformation, not passive consumption or generic wellness.

A Clear Focus

Breath-Lab was created with a very clear focus: to help people eliminate mouth breathing and restore functional nasal breathing — properly, safely, and permanently.

This work cannot be done fully online. That is why Breath-Lab exists as a physical space, where I work with people face-to-face, through intensive, deeply regulating sessions that require personal presence. These sessions are demanding in the best possible way — structured, precise, and often life-changing.

At Breath-Lab, I specialise in:

  • Eliminating chronic mouth breathing
  • Retraining dysfunctional breathing patterns
  • Calming the nervous system through controlled CO₂ tolerance
  • Breaking anxiety, panic, and mental overdrive at the physiological level
  • Working with intense internal states that cannot be resolved through apps or videos

This approach is rooted in my training as a certified Buteyko Method instructor, but goes far beyond it. Over the years, I developed my own applied breathing system — Formula Life — based on real clinical work with people suffering from anxiety, ADHD, OCD, burnout, insomnia, panic attacks, and chronic stress.

From personal collapse to practical method

My journey into breathwork began after a complete physical and mental breakdown in 2016. I was living with ankylosing spondylitis, chronic pain, severe burnout, insomnia, panic attacks, anxiety, ADHD, and an unrelenting internal monologue. I tried countless methods, teachers, and systems across the world — until I understood one core truth:
